The second half
Start here
My name is Natalia Martín Cantero. I am a journalist specializing in wellness and psychology, as well as a university professor with extensive international experience. I am the author of two books on psychology, a mindfulness and compassion instructor, and a coach specializing in supporting people in the second half of their lives.
My work as coach It stems from a question that has been on my mind for the past few years: How can I live the second half of my life with greater clarity, calm, and purpose?

From now on
From now on:
Rethinking Time and Meaning After 50
From now on, it is dedicated to all people who want to age well.
Our beliefs about age, and the behaviors that stem from them, condition our experience of the passage of time. Being aware of this can help us age more deliberately and relate more beneficially to the age we are and the fact of growing older.
This is a journey that combines the latest research in the psychology of aging with real-life stories and concrete tools to navigate this stage with more freedom, curiosity, and purpose.

Compassion, mindfulness, and other refuges
to maintain hope in today's world
Perhaps the noblest project of existence is to reduce our own suffering and that of others. Compassion, understood as the courage to face difficulties with good spirit and an open heart, could be the ideal strength to undertake this task.
An intimate and inspiring story that combines journalistic investigation, real-life stories, and practical tools for organizing the mind so it works in our favor.
